These cabinets are ideal for holding a variety of foods at the same time, eg, fried foods and baked pastry items are kept crisp with the constantly moving air. Proof Hot & Hot Cabinets (Non Insulted Cabinets)

Great for proofing yeast dough products. The units have both temperature and humidity controls. They will attain a temperature of approximately 180F. These units can be used for short term holding, i.e. 30 minutes or less.The non-insulated hot cabinets use more energy than the insulated hot cabinets.
