The fully insulated Cres Cor non-venting Roast-N-Hold ovens feature gentle convection for slow roasting with flavorful results. The Cres Cor Roast-N-Hold slow convected air system promotes natural browning for flavor and seals in natural juices with 15% to 20% food savings.
Automatic controls for roasting and holding can be pre-set allowing for unattended operation 24 hours a day. You can slow roast overnight and automatically hold your food.
