The Egg Station is a compact piece of equipment that cooks a maximum of 6 individual orders of eggs at one time with a combination of heat and steam. This method of cooking produces a softer, more eye-appealing egg and will produce approximately 120 eggs per hour, preserving valuable grill capacity.
The Egg Station cooks room temperature eggs in approximately 120 seconds and refrigerated eggs in 150 seconds at a temperature of 165F while also heating your precooked bacon for the egg sandwich. The Egg Station is equipped with audio visual signals for operation and a thermostat heater light for temperature calibration.
