Roast-N-Hold gentle convection ovens are designed for slow roasting. The ovens brown and seal in natural juices for flavor, and provide food savings of 15% to 20%. Automatic controls allows for unattended operation 24 hours a day - roast overnight and automatically hold your food hot and moist. These ovens allow you to control both heat and humidity levels at the same time. This versatility allows you to hold foods hot and crispy, proof bread dough, roast and hold meats and casseroles overnight, or rethermalize large volumes of pre-packaged frozen foods. Rethermalization ovens can rethermalize dozens of portions of frozen or chilled pre-cooked food quickly. It will automatically hold the food until serving, which reduces additional handling. This is great for satellite locations.
