Roundup offers a complete line of steam cookers for the operator who wants greater control over cooking and reduced energy costs. All models have an electronic timer for consistent and repeatable results (0-99 minute timed steam cooker). Delicate foods like poached eggs, vegetables, shrimp, lobster and frozen foods can be cooked to perfection time and time again.
Foods can be heated and reconstituted with a minimum amount of attention. A signal light notifies the operator when the cooking cycle is completed. For rush items, a push button is included. Simply press the button and products like hamburgers and hot dog buns, sliced meat sandwiches and melted cheese on hamburgers are on their way to customers in seconds. The continuous steam toggle switch and instant warming push button make warming these items a snap.
 

Half Size Cooker

NOTE: For all models direct water hook-up units may need water regulator kit. The P.S.I. should be 20-30. ETL listed. CETL listed. ETL Sanitation listed. Direct water hook-up installation hose kit supplied. All models operate on plain tap water because of the patented open steam generator design eliminates clogging from mineral deposits.
