Sausage Corrals provide efficient cooking and deliver high output, fast clean-up and great reliability.
The unique design of the Roundup Sausage Corral enables it to cook large quantities of product, even if the products are raw. They feature the unique Roundup Corral rotating system which continually turn sausages that roll in their own juices to produce a self-basting product. This large solid grill surface is ideal for locations that need large quantities of products in a minimum amount of time (stadium and auditorium).
The corral simply lifts off the unit and can be washed in the dishwasher or in a sink with water and a soft cloth. The flat grill is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Save 30 minutes on daily clean-up time with Roundup grill designs over traditional roller type grills, where each roller needs to be individually cleaned.

>CAPACITY: 40 5" (13 cm), 20 7" (18 cm) or 20 10" (25 cm) sausages. The split grill allows fast cooking on one surface combined with a lower holding temperature on the other. Sausage oils and juices are collected in a tray for easy cleaning.
